who sleeps in bed next to you?

No one, unless it's cold. Then the cats are there.

what kind of books do you read?

SF, Fantasy, science books (paleontology and geology, moslty), books about crime/crime scenes and CSIs, history books, paranormal romance, smut.

can you play an instrument? if so, what? if not, what would you like to be able to play?

I used to play the guitar and the harmonica, but both are gone now. If I could play any instrument it would be the drums. I like drums.

what's your occupation?

Staff desktop publisher at a large software/hardware engineering firm. I also have my own small business making and selling jewelry.

what's really creepy?

Guys who stare and stare at you without blinking.

what's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?

Star Trek reboot, SGA, Criminal Minds.

what food could you eat every day for weeks and not get sick of?

Shrimp, in just about any form. Or avocados.

what websites do you always visit when you go online?

LJ. And my various email sites.

what was the last thing you bought?

Besides breakfast, it was a bunch of copper stampings that I plan to enamel.

what was the cutest thing you've seen today?

My polydactyl cat, stretching on the floor.

Do you get cravings? If so, what do you crave?

Yes, but it depends on a lot of things. Chocolate is a mainstay, but I also crave fruit.

what do you do to change your mood?

Work on something in my workshop, go walking, read/watch something that I know will cheer me up.

what is your zodiac sign?

Cancer.

do you want to learn another language?

I had pretty good fluency in French in college, and I wouldn't mind learning Japanese or Korean.

Internet, workbench/tools, hot water, decent bed, books.

Did my brother really only give me a ratty metal table for my workshop for my birthday?

what are you looking forward to?

Sleeping late this weekend. Getting my oxygen and propane tanks to set up my torch.
