See, the character description just turns me off. Why would such a lazy (and probably charmingly catty *rolls eyes*) person even get in the program? There's some shit that you don't put up with, you know?
At least with Rodney, much as I dislike is characterization in later season, there was a sense that he worked hard at his job despite/because of his genius.
