State of the job, and crack!bunny
Apr. 14th, 2006 07:53 pmWell, I'm still here, and look to be for the forseeable future. The company really liked me, but they bowed to econonmics and hired from within. Saved them relocation, etc., but damn. I was very grown-up about the whole thing. Now I'm really looking for another job. Especially in another state. I'm mentally primed to relocate now.
On a weird crossover bunny note:
Jonathan Togo, the actor who plays Ryan Wolfe on CSI: Miami *, was also on a wonderfully crack!tastic show called Special Unit 2, about a secret Chicago police unit that fought monsters. Damn, I want that show on DVD. (Along with Brimstone, Cupid...at least The Adventures of Brisco County Jr., NCIS, The Sentinel, and The Tick are all coming out soon. I will be soooo broke this summer.)
I would...be bribable for many things to see a crossover with those two shows. Or honestly, any decent Ryan fic. There isn't much.
* He is really the only reason I watch that show. I mean, I've started making pinching motions at David Caruso's head whenever he's on screen, saying "I can squash your annoying bobbing little red head!", and having happy little fantasies of Gibbs from NCIS showing up and arresting him for being a dick.
