An amazing resource for artists; pictures of Olympic athletes. The body diversity is incredible and it might remind some folks that you don't have to be ripped to be a world-class athlete.
My knee continues to hurt like a m***f***. It was OK yesterday, because all I did was sleep and catch up on the internets and then game. But after the movie today I went to Costco and then HEB, and it's singing arias right now. I took some naproxen so maybe that will help.
I had my MRI last week but I won't see the ortho doc until this Friday, since he's out of town until Thursday. I'm hoping it's something that they can do something about other than handing me pain pills. Because this pain is not something I want to live with more than absolutely necessary.
Saw Battle: Los Angeles, and it's exactly what it says on the box: a not very deep alien invasion movie. Good explosions, though, and Aaron Eckhart sure is pretty. The acting is solid--the actors made due with a so-so script. I did come out of it with a sneaking suspicion that it was a thinly-disguised Marine recruitment film. :-) (For the record, Aliens is still the best Marines vs. Aliens move ever.)
And for you Hawaii 5-0 fans....can you see Steve getting totally addicted to Angry Birds? I sure can.
