OMG OMG *hyperventilates*
Jul. 3rd, 2013 09:43 am ...they accepted my offer. Fourth time is apparently the charm.
It's an older 60's house up in Round Rock. Quirky, comfortable, with a small yard (yay!) and an ENORMOUS 2- car garage that will make a kick-ass studio.
Plus, the original hardwood floors are under the carpet. And they agreed to cover getting them refinished.
Now we have to see if the inspector likes it too.
