I don't envy you the epic call it's probably going to take to sort out that four bills in one envelope billing error fiesta. :(
The 'letter' from that lady - how annoying!
I sympathise as I well remember moving cities many moons ago. The first piece of post I got in my new shack was an envelope from the local Roman Catholic parish for contributions. The nerve of them! It made great kindling.
