Show starts tomorrow!

I got the car loaded last night, and so I was able to sleep late this morning. (I love sleeping late.) Got to the show site about 11, meeting dremiel , who had kindly offered to help me set up. She's the bomb!

It took us about an hour to get the tent up, the floor down (I use those squishy tiles to keep dirt down and even out the floor), lights up, and tables set up. After she left, I brought in the rest of the tubs and covered the tables, and put down stands and things. (And went around and gossiped with all the vendors.)

It was pretty windy, but dremiel staked the tent, and all the weather folks say it shouldn't be as windy on Saturday. We can only hope. Since there's no one next to me, I moved over enough to have an aisle between me and my neighbor. I'm in my usual spot, near the entrance and the good bathrooms. Location, location, location! And my neighbor had these adorable little stuffed hedgehogs; I had her set one aside for me for a friend who's a real hedgehog fiend.

Made a show snack run, because while I like fair food I shouldn't eat fair food, and came home to make more jewelry. (And watch Supernatural. Whew! Great episode!)

I'll be at the show site at about 9am, since we open at noon. (I like taking my time setting out my work and rearranging about a dozen times.)  :-)
