First day of the Celtic Fest
Nov. 6th, 2010 10:16 pmMade it to the show a little after 9 am, which gave me plenty of time to set up and arrange everything. (And gossip with the other vendors, of course!)
The weather was absolutely wonderful, 70F with low humidity and almost no wind. As I said many times today, we really won the weather lottery. (Especially since last year it rained like crazy on Sunday.)
Sales were very solid, and I met many very polite and nice dogs (and people!). Got a nice armload of compliments on my work--I would have preferred some more sales, but the economy is still a bit depressed around here and I was very glad of the sales I did get, since jewelry is a luxury item.
Here's a shot of my booth!
