Tomorrow, as a part of our company's Technical Communications convo (with panels and demos and such), we're having a bake-off. I was going to go safe and make my double-chocolate macaroons, but then I saw this recipe. I knew I had to make them, if only to see the reactions I'd get!
I'll have to pack some butter to wipe my knife on tomorrow so I'll be able to cut them. I'm considering making a big warning label too, on the order of "If you are allergic to PEANUTS, RICE KRISPIES, CARAMEL, CHOCOLATE, WHEAT, AND/OR MARSHMALLOWS, do not eat these ot you will DIE." :-)
I'll let you know tomorrow if I'm actually able to single-handedly send the department into a sugar coma.
