Four days to go

I spent most of Monday evening pulling out my merchandise, polishing any silver that needed it, repricing said silver, cleaning displays, and switching out necklaces/pendants on the displays. (I keep a lot of stock on their displays inside gallon zip-top bags; it saves me a lot of time during setup.) Watched the last bit of the Series. As I thought, Texas folded hard. Oh, well. (Of course, my friend in SF had to IM me and gloat!)

I also made a cake for the office birthday celebration today--chocolate orange. It's a new recipe--I hope I didn't add too much orange peel.

Watched Hawaii 5-0. Good grief, this is the gayest show on network TV now that House has broken up with Wilson. It's a ton of fun!

I still need to make some more earrings and a couple more pendants. Really, I shouldn't go to W00tstock tonight--I want to, but I shouldn't. I have a great seat, but I'm broke and I really need to get work done. (frets) Hmm. I'll post the ticket and if I have a taker...if I don't, I'll go anyway.

Hey, The Boy and I will be there. Text me if you end up going and maybe we can grab coffee after? No way to do anything before as he'll be on the lake until 6:30.

Wow, the cake sounds fabulous! I am trying to decide whether I want to make chocolate bourbon pecan pie bars next, or this. *whimper* Probably depends on where I'll be taking it/them. I need a house concert to go to!

Re: ACF, alas, I'm not going to make it. I have traveled too much this past five weeks or so. Took stock last night, and realized that since the last weekend in September, I have been to Muskogee, Wagoner, Tahlequah, Bartlesville, and El Reno, to a funeral, to the Blue Door, to the Depot, and to Libby's. I am plumb tuckered. ::faceplant::
