Yes, it's in Russian. Look closely at the pictures. Someone has redone movie posters in the style of Russian illuminated texts. God, I wish I read Russian.

Also, there was some kind of smoke alarm/fire drill in the building, and only random floors were evacuated, the elevators were still on, the alarm never went off on my floor, and boy I'm glad it wasn't a real fire!
