"Cat Trees Bear"
I got my new pliers. Man, are they nice! (At $37 each, they had better be. And 4 pairs....) Now once I get my workroom back into shape, I've been cleared for limited work. I'm mostly only wearing my brace at work, and now I mouse with my left hand. So my carpal tunnel seems to be coming along.
But....I can't really get anything done until after ConMisterio. Why not over the nice 4-day 4th of July weekend, you say? Glad you asked. I'll be in Atlanta, helping two of my best friends sort and throw away an enormous amount of stuff. They are relocating to San Francisco from a 3000+ sq.ft. home to an apartment under 900 ft.sq.... And I am someone that they can trust to look at something and say "There is no way you'll need this. Do you want to store it or get rid of it?" I have no emotional attachment to their stuff. (Unlike her Mom!) So I get to be the Clean Sweep lady, only there is a very good chance that I'll get some great furniture out of the deal, along with a vacation totally away from work and family. I may not even take my laptop!
And hey, the All-Star Game is the day after my birthday! Wheee!
